A private property company client of ours was searching for value add opportunities in the West End of London. We identified and secured 147-155 Wardour Street on an off market basis. The building comprises retail and offices totalling circa 27,500 sq ft arranged over lower ground to 5th floors. The property was acquired for £33,250,000.

Update: Vacant possession of the offices was obtained and then let to The Office Group. The building was subsequently sold for a significant profit.
